To install GEOIP:
Download the .pak file from the Service Desk.
Go to Settings >> System Settings from the navigation bar and click Applications.
Click Import.
Browse to the downloaded .pak file.
Click Upload.
After installing GEOIP, you can find it under Settings >> System Settings >> Plugins.
You must remove the GEOIP configuration to delete it.
To remove GEOIP configurations:
Go to Settings >> Configuration from the navigation bar and click Enrichment Policies.
Click Delete (
) icon from Actions of GEOIP.
Click Yes.
Go to Settings >> Configuration from the navigation bar and click Enrichment Sources.
Click Delete () icon from Actions of GEOIP.
Click Yes.
To uninstall GEOIP:
Go to Settings >> System Settings from the navigation bar and click Applications.
Click the Uninstall () icon from the Actions.
Click Yes.
