Prerequisites
Logpoint 7.5.0 and later
Microsoft 365 subscription with a tenant admin account and a service user account
Ensure the following URLs are allowed in your network so that Office 365 can connect to them and fetch logs:
To install Microsoft 365/Office365:
Download the .pak file from the Service Desk.
Go to Settings >> System Settings from the navigation bar and click Applications.
Click Import.
Browse to the downloaded .pak file.
Click Upload.
After installing Microsoft 365/Office365, you can find it under Settings >> System Settings >> Plugins.
You must remove Microsoft 365/Office365 Fetcher configuration before uninstalling Office365.
To remove icrosoft 365/Office365 Fetcher configurations:
Go to Settings >> Configuration from the navigation bar and click Devices.
Click the Add collectors/fetchers (
) icon under Actions of the localhost device.
Click Office365 Fetcher. It lists all the configured fetchers.
Click the Delete (
) icon under Actions.
Click Yes.
To uninstall Microsoft 365/Office365:
Go to Settings >> System Settings from the navigation bar and click Applications.
Click the Uninstall (
) icon from Actions of Office365.
Click Yes.
