Thycotic¶

LogPoint supports two Thycotic products:

• Thycotic Cloud Access Controller

• ThycoticDSV

To start using Thycotic Product Actions in your playbooks, you need to add the relevant product as a Product Instance and add your parameters to it. These parameters are unique to your organization. After that, you can configure and use the actions you want to use in your playbooks.

Adding Product Instance¶

1. Go to Settings >> SOAR Settings from the navigation bar and click My Products.

2. Click Add New Products Instance +.

3. Find Thycotic and click the Add icon.

4. Select Active to activate it immediately.

5. Add the Parameters.

6. Click Add.

Thycotic Actions¶

These are the Thycotic Actions LogPoint supports, listed according to their product. If you need more help on how LogPoint manages actions, go to Actions. If you need help configuring the actions, go to the vendor’s documentation. We’ve listed all links available to the general public. If there is no link, go to your vendor’s user help site or contact them for details.
