Installing Vulnerability Management¶

Prerequisite

LogPoint v6.12.2 or later

To install Vulnerability Management:

1. Download the .pak file from the Download section in Release Notes.

2. Go to Settings >> System Settings from the navigation bar and click Applications.

3. Click Import.

4. Browse to the downloaded .pak file.

5. Click Upload.

After installing Vulnerability Management, you can find it under Settings >> System Settings >> Plugins.

Uninstalling Vulnerability Management¶

You must first remove Vulnerability Management configuration from Logpoint and then uninstall it.

To remove the configuration:

1. Go to Settings >> Configuration from the navigation bar and click Devices.

2. Click the Add collectors/fetchers () icon under Actions of the localhost device.

3. Click Vulnerability Management.

4. Click the Delete () icon under Actions of the configured source.

To uninstall:

1. Go to Settings >> System Settings from the navigation bar and click Applications.

2. Click the Uninstall () icon from Actions of Vulnerability Management.
