Fabric Server Commands

fabric-app-backup-restore

Execute the fabric-app-backup-restore command to create a backup of the Fabric applications and firewall settings in a Standalone Fabric Server. For more details, go to Standalone Fabric Server Backup and Restore.

configure-public-ip

Execute the configure-public-ip command to configure public IP addresses for Fabric Servers. For more details, go to Configuring Public IP addresses for Fabric Servers.

change-tunnelip

Execute the change-tunnelip command to modify the Tunnel Network IP-Address of the Master Fabric server.

change-mtu

Execute the change-mtu command to change the Maximum Transmission Units (MTU) of the packets transferred within the Fabric Network. The default value of the MTU is 1500. You can enter any value between 1000 and 65535 for the MTU that meets network requirement. To maintain a consistent flow of the packets inside the network, you must set the same MTU throughout all Director components.

Execute the fabric-app-installer command to install Fabric Authenticator and Fabric Storage.

fabric-auth-backup-restore

Execute the fabric-auth-backup-restore command to create and restore a backup of the Fabric Authenticator database in a Cluster Fabric Server. For more details, go to Fabric Authenticator Backup and Restore in Cluster Setup.

recover-fabric-app

Execute the recover-fabric-app command to recover the Fabric Storage in a Cluster Fabric Server.

change-clstserver

Execute the change-clstserver command to change the IP addresses of the Fabric Cluster Server.

Example:

change-clstserver

fabric-scalable

Execute the fabric-scalable command to upscale the number of the Fabric Server nodes to create a failover cluster. For more details, go to Scalability in Fabric Server.

start-fabric-app

Execute the start-fabric-app command in the Master Fabric Server to initialize the Fabric applications.

configure-public-ip

Execute the configure-public-ip command to configure public IP addresses for Fabric Servers. For a cluster setup, you can only execute the command from the Master Fabric Server.

change-vpn-clientpwd

Execute the change-vpn-clientpwd command to set the VPN Password for the API Server and LPSM. For a cluster setup, you must also execute the command in each Fabric Server with the same password.
