Monitor System via Centralized Dashboard

Centralized Monitoring Dashboard lets you monitor the health status of your Logpoint machines and Director components. It lists version information of Integrations and Log Sources installed across Logpoints connected to Director.

Centralized Monitoring Dashboard consists of 5 parts:

Machines

Machines section gives the health information of Logpoint machines, based on thresholds that you can configure through Dashboard Settings. Go to Dashboard Settings for more information.

The health statuses of Logpoint machines are:

1. Healthy: All the health metrics are under the threshold.

2. Warning: Some of the health metrics have crossed the warning threshold but are under the threshold.

3. Error: Some of the health metrics have crossed the threshold.

Director Components

Director Components section gives the health information of Director API, Director Fabric and LPSM. The health statuses of Director Components are:

1. Healthy: All the health metrics are under the threshold.

2. Unhealthy: More than half of the health metrics have crossed the threshold.

3. Degraded: Half or less than half of the health metrics have crossed the threshold.

4. Offline: Director may be offline due to an internal error in the Logpoint, network, an error between Director and Logpoint, or if Logpoint was shut down.

Dashboard Settings

Dashboard Settings facilitates the configuration of threshold and warning threshold values for the health metrics for the machines in each pool.

Integrations

Integrations lists all integrations installed on Director connected Logpoint machines. You can use the list to compare integration versions installed on different Logpoints.

Log Sources

Log Sources provides a centralized view of all log sources configured across all Director Connected Logpoints.
