Target Version

Specify the Logpoint version to deploy in your SaaS environment. While most users require the latest Logpoint release, certain use cases may require a different version. Provide the following details:

• New customers: Include the version number of your Cloud Connector.

• Existing on-prem customers moving to SaaS: Provide the version number of your current on-prem Logpoint deployment.

Domain Name

Tenant alias or domain name to use during log-in using the unified sign-in.

Alert & Email Recipients

To ensure the successful delivery of Logpoint notifications, including alerts and reports, provide:

• Company-wide email domains.

• Email addresses of individuals whose addresses fall outside those domains.

If you add or update any domains, inform Logpoint Support so they can whitelist them. We also recommend reminding all recipients to check their spam folders periodically.
